Utilization of the <br />performance standard d£sZrict shall be consistent ~ith <br />the goals and objectives of the City, with the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan and adopted policies and ordinances <br />and shall be appliea only ~here such district furthers <br />and promotes the publlc ~ealth, safety and welfare. <br /> <br />Section 15A.2 Permitted Uses <br /> <br />The following are the only permitted uses within the <br />[{-PS district and are subject to the General Conditions <br />specified in Section 4.5' <br /> <br />15A.2-1 <br /> <br />Single-Fami]y D~tached Dwelling Unit <br />(Conventioga!
