Customary home occupations shall not include barbershops, beauty shops, hairdres- sers, carpenter shops, electrical shops, plumbing shops, radio or tv shops, real estate sales offices, tin shops, auto repairing, I'urniture repairing or other similar uses. 15A.5-10 Fencing and Screening - As regulated by Table 1SA-1 and Section 19.5, except that for Triplex, Ouadruplex and Multi-Family R-PS uses, fences shall be constructed entirely of masonry; all refuse and refuse containers shall be screened from public view. 15A.5-11 Landscaping - In addit'ion to the requirements of Section 19.9, two trees per residential unit shall be required; such trees shall be located in required open space.
