The criteria ~hich will be <br />used in decidin§ the size of the density-bonus <br />will be largely determined by the presence of <br />the amenities set forth he]ow. The stated <br />increases in density are, however, the maximum <br />which may Lc a%'ar~ed by th~ Council for the <br />listed factors and the Council is not obliged <br />%o award an.v or all of such bonus.
