I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter to withdraw her motion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter withdrew her motion to disapprove Waste Management of <br />Minnesota, Inc. 's request for a temporary conditional use permit for mining. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich suggested that, based on Councilmember Schlueter's thought, <br />Council adopt the findings of fact as follows: <br /> <br />1. Minnesota State Statute 473.806 requires a moratorium on development <br /> of any properties within Site P designation. <br /> <br />2. ~he subject property is within the moratorium area. <br /> <br />3. Neither Anoka County nor the Metro Council has permitted a lifting <br /> of that moratorium. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt the <br />findings of fact, as previously stated by City Attorney and alluding to <br />Minnesota State Statute 473.806, regarding Waste Management of Minnesota, <br />Inc. 's request for a temporary ~onditional use permit for mining. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Schlueter and seconded by Mayor Heitman to disapprove, <br />based on the findings of fact, Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.
