City Attorney Goodrich stated that he does not think that referring to that person in that title change implies Council is approving that title change. Mr. Berg noted that the title change was approved by a previous Council. b) City Assessor - Council noted. Councilmember Cox noted that there are a considerable ntm~ber of property sales in which the selling prices were lower than the Assessor's estimated market values of those homes; this reflects how govermment is taxing far beyomd true home and land value.
