Mr. <br />$chnelle stated that Staff has always been concerned and it is <br />important for Council and citizens to know all the facts in <br />situations where the market value is higher than the selling price. <br /> <br />Councilm~mber Cox stated that the problem is with State laws and he <br />pointed out these _,~_ses so the citizens would be aware of what is <br />going on. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that the City has to be very careful when siting <br />eoon0mics so everyone ~nderstands the situation; incomplete stories <br /> February 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 16 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
