Nyara, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant," in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant of a conditional use permit to operate a beauty shop from his home at 5320 155th Lane N.W. ~he conditional use permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicant agreeing to and complying with the following condi tions: 1. Adequate water supply and sewage disposal facilities will be provided; 2. Adequate off-street parking shall be provided; Exterior displays or signs and exterior indication of the proposed use shall not be permitted except as per- mitted in Section 170.05 of the City Code; ~e City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the pre- mises at any reasonable time if it receives complaints from adjoining property owners; and 5. Tnis conditional use permit shall apply to that property legally described as follows: ~hat part of the North Half of Section 24, T~wnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Lot 6, Block 5, Woodland Green, subject to easement. ~he Applicant understands and agrees that the conditional use permit granted herein is subject to review at any time and shall be reviewed annually by City Staff. Any violations of the conditions described herein or any violation of any other City ordinances may be cause for immediate revocation of this conditional use permit. APPLICANT: Date: .....
