That air pollution is not applicable; <br /> <br />That there will not be lighting devices which produce <br />objectionable direct or reflected glare on adjoining <br />properties and thoroughfares; and <br /> <br />h. That wind and water erosion is not applicable. <br /> <br />8. Tnat the City of Ramsey reserves the right to inspect the <br />property if it receives complaints from adjoining property <br />owners. <br /> <br /> <br />
