Councilma~ber Cox stated that he brought it to the <br />attention of County Oa~missioner Haas and she has taken the necessary steps to <br />have that penalty fee lowered. <br /> <br />Councilmember COx referred to Item %13, a letter fr~m Mr. Elmer Anderson <br />regardin9 the deterioration of Bowers Drive. <br /> <br />City Engineer Raatikka stated that he has inspected Bowers Drive and it is not <br />shying any abnormal deterioration. <br /> <br />Council directed Mr. Raatikka to answer Mr. Elmer Anderson's concerns by <br />letter. <br /> <br />March 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 14 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
