Right-of-Way In <br /> The Plat Of Flintwood Hills Second Addition P.U.D. - <br /> <br />City Staff stated that Mr. Norm Holm is requesting to be reimbursed for <br />M.S.A.S. right-of-way through Flintwood Hills Second Addition because the <br />State Aid designation was the City's request; based on the payment paid to <br />Albin Peterson ($2,500 per acre), Mr. Bolm's property would be valued at <br /> March 26, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 22 of 26 <br /> <br /> <br />
