PR <br /> <br />Mr. Larry Koshak gave a slide presentation of Sealcoating Improvement Project <br />$85-11 shying affected area and estimated total and per unit costs. <br /> <br />Deb Geske - 7210 149th Lane - Inquired if Council is aware that part of <br />Pineview Estates may be affected by the possible expansion of the Gateway <br />North Airport; some of the streets may not be in existence two years down the <br />line. Also irguired as to who pays the assessments for the two abandoned <br />hemes in that area. <br /> <br />Mr. Koshak - Replied that the c~ners of the abandoned properties will receive <br />an assessment. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman - Stated that the City may have to carry the assessments for the <br />abandoned properties until such time as those properties are sold and the City <br />will then recuperate it's costs. <br /> <br />Non Rautio - 7521 149th Avenue - Stated that the portion of the street by the <br />~amp has been settling and needs to be brought back up prior to sea/coating. <br />Cc~merciel delivery trucks travel this street and it should be stol~ped. There <br />are only 5 homes on this stretch and most of the vehicular travel on this <br />street is from ell the hc~es west that travel this road to Tom Thumb.
