Public Improv~ents In Oxbow Addition Mayor Heitman called the regular meeting back to order at 10:07 p.m. OgUNCIL BUSINESS A. Ordering Preparation Of Plans And _Specifications For Street Improvements In P~%mse_v Terrace. Project ~84-16 - Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. Motion bf Councilm~mber Cox and seconded by Councilm~mber Reimann to adopt Resolution %85-73 ordering the preparation of plans and specs for Ramsey Terrace street improv~ents. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution ~85-73). Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. B. Receipt Of Petition Against Storm Drain Improvements In District 943. Project %84-17 - Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to receive the petition objecting to storm drain improvenents in District #43 and direct City Staff to place said petition on file. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. C.
