Landscape treatment <br />must be balanced with both evergreen and deciduous <br />plant material with sufficient use of upright <br />species for vertical control. Plant material <br />selection will be reviewed for adaptability to <br />physical conditions indicated by site plan loca- <br />tions. The landscape plan shall include the <br />following: <br /> <br />Extent and location of all plant materials and <br />other landscape features.
