Minor Performance Standard Use <br /> <br />The aPPlication for tentative development plan <br />approval shall be submitted to the Zoning <br />Enforcing Officer who shall review said <br />application for conformance with the <br />performance standards contained herein. If <br />said ·application conforms completely with the <br />applicable performance standards, the <br />application shall be approved by the Zoning <br />~nforcing Officer and shall be deemed to be a <br />final approval. If said application fails to <br />conform with the applicable performance <br />standards, the Zoning Enforcing Officer shall <br />specify the nonconformities and the applicant <br />shall submit a final development plan which <br />addresses and resolves suc'h nonconformities. <br />Approval of the final development plan shall <br />Occur upon. a-determination by the Zoning <br />~nforcin'g Officer that such final development <br />plan conforms with the applicable performance <br />$~da rds. <br /> <br />B'; Mayor Performance Standard Use <br /> <br />~e'application for tentative development plan <br />approval shall be submitted to the Zoning <br />~forcing Officer who shall review same and <br />prepare a staff report for 'consideration by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission.
