Developer will be reimbursed for 800 yards of muck excavation at <br /> $2.00/cubic yard. <br /> <br />4. Right-of-way for Dysprosi~n Street hW will be dedicated as part of <br /> the P.U.D. at no cost to the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilms~k~rs Sorteberg, Oox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
