Duff <br />(D2-e) Information regarding request for variance from <br /> platting requirement by Phyllis Lahn <br />(D2-f) Information regarding Tax Incroment Financing Plan <br /> <br />CASE #1: REOUEST FOR PRELIMINARY P~AT APPROVAL OF ALPACA <br /> ESTATES THIRD ADDITION: CASE OF ALPACA ESTATES, INC. <br /> <br />Alpaca Estates, Inc. is requesting preliminary approval of the <br />plat for Alpaca Estates Third Addition. This plat proposes 22 <br />2-1/2 acre residential lots. At the May 7, 1985 Planning and <br />Zoning meeting, you approved the sketch plan of this plat and <br />reccm~ended proceeding to the preliminary plat. Please note that <br />the DNR has reviewed this plan and has determined that it is <br />consistent with their regulations. <br /> <br />Enclosed in (D2-a) is the following information: <br /> <br />a. Application <br />b. Public hearing notice <br /> c. Properties notified <br />d. Site location <br /> e. Proposed plat <br />f. Minutes from May 7, 1985 Planning and Zoning meeting <br />g.
