INC. <br /> <br />North Fork, Inc. has withdrawn its preliminary master site plan <br />for the West Oaks planned unit development and is submitting a <br />revised plan for the development of 42 single family residential <br />lots in the northwest corner of the property. The remainder of <br />the property is proposed to be platted as outlots. Access to <br />these lots is proposed to be from Jarvis Street. <br /> <br />Enclosed in (D2-b) is the following information.. <br /> <br />a. Site location <br />b. Mr. Petrucci is proposing to replat the subdivision <br />into one acre lots. The required minimum lot size in the R-1 <br />Residential District is 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />Enclosed is (D2-c) is the following information: <br /> <br />a. Letter dated May 28, 1985 from Gary Petrucci <br />b. M.S.A. Chapter 62 referred to in Petrucci's <br /> letter <br />c. Site location <br />d.
