Consideration Of Streets In Rum River Bills P.U.D.: <br /> <br />Oouncil unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Oouncilmember Oox and seconded by Mayor Beitman to adopt Resolution <br />~85-92 relieving the City of the responsibility of providing funding for the <br />improv~ents in the Ru~ River Bills P.U.D. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution ~85-92). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Oouncilmembers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Re/3m~Tn and Schlueter. Awarding_ Of Bids On Frojects #85-15 And #84-1: <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka suggested that this case be tabled as the developer has not yet <br />provided securities. <br /> <br />Motion by Co~cilmsmber Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to table <br />awarding of bids on Projects 985-15 and 984-1 until the special Council meeting <br />scheduled for June 11, 1985. <br /> <br />Motion carried. (Please refer to resolution file <br />for Resolution #85-93). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilmenbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting NO: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Oouncilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt Resolution <br />~85-94 approving the alternate bid for change in street grade on Azurite Street <br />N~ and County Road 85, Project 985-14.
