Motion by Cbuncilmember Reimann and seconded by Mayor Heitman to adopt Findings <br />of Fact 010~ for Mr. Frank Schweder's request to move a dwelling fr~ Eveleth, <br />Minnesota to Lot 2, Block 4, Oakrtdge Estates. (Please refer to findings of <br />fact file for Findings of Fact 0105). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~nters Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmsnk~r Cox and seconded by Cbuncilme~ber Reimann to approve of <br />Mr. Frank Schweder's request to move a dwelling frc~ Eveleth, Minnesota to Lot <br />2, Block 4, C~kridge Estates contingent upon his entering into a develo~ent <br />agreement with the City based on the findings of fact and providing <br />confirmation that the appropriate neighboring residents have been notified. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Gounci~rs Sorteberg, Oox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Terri Peterson's request to move a dwelling frc~ Brooklyn <br />Genter to property located on 167th Avenue NW. (Please refer to findings of <br />fact file for Findings of Fact 010~). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor }{eitman, Counc~rs Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
