Motion by (buncilmember Sorteberg and seoor~ed by Go~cilmember (bx to adjourn <br />this regular meeting of the Ramsey City Gouncil. <br /> <br />Jeanine Duff - 5421 142nd Avenue ~W - Stated she is having water problems and <br />that she will be flooded out if Sunfish damn is let go; would like an an~er <br />from Oouncil. <br /> <br />Mr. Schnelle stated that Ms. Duff is referring to a ~m~ll damn in Flintwood I <br />and DNR has directed that it be lowered by June 1. It se~ns that a Ramsey <br />resident called E~R requesting that the damn be removed. <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that mR says the damn is acceptable as long as it only <br />blockades the culvert and does not cross the creek itself. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Mr. Schnelle requested that (Duncil take action on Case <br />%20 Bills For Approval For The Month Of May 1985. Councilmember (bx stated <br />that there is a motion on the floor to adjourn. Mayor Heitman inquired if the <br />bills were going to be paid. 0ouncilm~mber Reimann stated that paying the <br />bills should be one of the first items on the agenda to insure that it gets <br />addressed. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
