City Engineer's Letter Regarding Irrigation S?stem At Central Park: <br /> <br />Council noted City Engineer's letter of May 20, 1985 regarding improper <br />winterizing of the.irrigation system at Central Park. <br /> <br />Oouncilm~mber Reimann stated that he has talked to Mr. Mevisson and it might be <br />necessary to get this issue resolved in court. <br /> <br />Requ_ est For Funding For _Operational O)~ts For Swinming P~Qi <br /> During The Summer Of 1985: Case Of Inde_Dend~nt Sc/Dol District <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Beitman and seconded by Counci~r Reimann, for discussion, <br />to adopt Resolution %85-101 approving the expenditure of $825.00 to Independent <br />School District %728 to help in operating the ~i~m~ing pool during the sum~r <br />of 1985. (Please refer to resolution file for Resolution %85-101). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilmember Reimann inquired as to the amounts paid in <br />the past to School District %728 for ~iu~/ng pool costs. Mr. Berg stated that <br />he thinks the past amounts ranged from $500-$600. Counci~r Reimann stated <br />he is not in favor of increasing the amount contributed in the past and would <br />even prefer to have the amount of the contribution reduoed or eliminated <br />completely. (bunci~r Cox inquired as to how Councilme~ber Reimann would <br />feel if the request were hockey related.
