Mayor Hei~an referred to Planning and Zoning minutes dated April 23, 1985 and Susan Sundahl's oonoern regarding the upgrading of Jarvis Street. Mr. l~atikka stated that it is possible that Jarvis will be upgraded to a 9 ton road which w~uld requize re,oval of s(lme of the existing trees. Oouncilmember Cox noted that the tree ooncern can be addressed at the public hearing when and if Jarvis is upgraded. Refer to page 9 for further action on this case. Requ_ est For _A~proval Of Set-Up License For The Party House: Ca_~ Of Mrs. Pat Stander: Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to approve of Ms. Pat Smuder's request for a set-up license for the Party House. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Council~nbers COx, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann. Voting No: None.
