Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Council unanimously consented to dispense with the reading of the resolution. <br /> <br />Motion by (Duncilm~r (Dx ar~ seconded by (Duncilmsnber Sort, berg to adopt <br />Resolution %85-110 granting preliminary and final approval of Northfork <br />Planned Unit DeveloIm~_nt contingent upon the developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City.
