CHARLES CHRISTIAN <br /> <br />Mr. Christian is requesting preliminary plat approval of Ramsey <br />Commercial Park· The property is approximately 8.5 acres and is <br />located in an RB-la Rural Business District. Mr. Christian is <br />proposing to split the parcel into two lots; Lot 1 contains 3.8 <br />acres and Lot 2 contains 4.7 acres. The Commission reviewed the <br />sketch plan for this plat at its May 7, 1985 meeting.
