CASE #2: REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL~ CASE OF <br /> <br />MR. JOHN PAVELICH <br /> <br />Mr. Pavelich is proposing to split off five acres from a larger <br />parcel and subdivide those five acres into two 2-1/2 acre lots. <br />He is also proposing a 33 foot access easement along the north <br />boundary of the two lots. Mr. Pavelich appeared at the June 4, <br />1985 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting requesting a metes <br />and bounds subdivision of this property. Mr. Pavelich is <br />proceeding with the platting process. The City Engineer has <br />completed a sketch plan review of the proposed plat, but does not <br />have sufficient information to complete a preliminary plat review <br />at this time. If the Commission feels that there is enough <br />information, you may conduct the public hearing and not make any <br />recommendations until the City Engineer can provide a review of <br />the preliminary plat. The temporary structure will be <br />approximately 250 square feet and will house a manager and one <br />support staff.
