CASE #4: REQUEST FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HOLD AN ANNUAL GAME FAIR; CASE OR MR. CHARLES DELANEY Mr. Delaney is requesting a conditional use permit to hold an annual ga~e fair on the east side of Lake Eddy. Mr. Delaney is proposing to hold this game fair the Friday, Saturday and Sunday the weekend i~mediately before Labor Day weekend and the Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Labor Day weekend. The City received a note from Mr. Carl Pomraning stating that he had no objection to Mr. Delaney's request.
