That the Criteria for Approval/Disapproval are as follows: <br /> <br />a) That the Applicant's request is to hold an annual game fair <br /> in an R-1 District and that properly maintained, this <br /> should not be detrimental to or endanger the public <br /> health, safety or general welfare and is not contrary to <br /> other governmental standards of regulations; <br /> <br />b) That the proposed use should not be unsightly or undesire- <br /> able or obnoxious in appearance and it should not hinder <br /> the development of the R-1 district of the City; <br /> <br />c) That adequate water supply and sewage disposal facili- <br /> ties will be provided on the site; and <br /> <br />d) That adequate on-site parking <br /> vided. <br /> <br />and drainage will be pro- <br /> <br />9. That the Performance Standards are as follows: <br /> <br />a) That fire protection is provided <br /> and Elk River, and the proposed <br /> a fire hazard; <br /> <br />by the Cities of Anoka <br />use should not create <br /> <br />b) That electrical disturbances are not applicable; <br /> <br />c) That any noise created is of a temporary nature and will <br /> be within the performance standards noted in the City Code; <br /> <br />d) That vibration disturbance is not applicable; <br /> <br />e) That malodorous gas or matter is not applicable; <br /> <br />f) That air pollution is not applicable; <br /> <br />g) That there will not be lighting <br /> objectionable direct or reflected <br /> properties and thoroughfares; and <br /> <br />devices <br />glare <br /> <br />which produce <br />on adjoining <br /> <br />h) That erosion by wind or water is not applicable. <br /> <br />10. That the City reserves the right to inspect the property at <br />any time during the proposed use if it receives complaints from <br />adjoining property owners. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing findings of fact was <br />duly seconded by Commissionmember and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />- 2 - <br /> <br /> <br />
