Councilm~mber Cox requested the Personnel Co~ittee have that reoc~me~tion available at the July 23, 1985 Council meeting. Councilm~ubers Sorteberg and Reimann agreed to have the Personnel Committee's recondition regarding staff salaries available at the July 23 meeting. Motion by Councilmember Cox to approve the agenda and addend~ to the agenda with the following additions: Case %7.A Request For Renewal Of On-Sale Liquor License; Case Of J.R.'s Saloon Case 813: Reducing Speed Limit On 170th Lane In Brook View Estates Case %14: Lawoon Grant Under Mayor/Council Input- a) Ccmm~ty Park Festival b) Northern Par Development Oompany Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilme~bers Sorteberg, Cox, Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. GOMMENDATION FOR JEANNE HAAPALA Mayor Heitman stated that City Acoountant Jeanne Haapala has resigned her position with the City of Ramsey and presented her with a letter of commendation in recognition of her outstanding professional servioe to the Mayor Heitman adjourned the regular Council meeting at 8:08 p.m. in order to conduct the following public hearings: 1) Board Of Adjustment Public Hearing regarding KTWN-FM, Inc.'s request for a variance fr~m maximu~ height alliance. 2) Board of Adjustment Public Hearing regarding Mr. Donal Nienow's request for a variance to construct an accessory structure larger than 3) Board of Adjustment Public Hearing regarding Mr. David Schulte's request for a variance fran the required front yard setback. 4) Puh]_ ic Hearing regarding amendment to City Charter.
