Adoption Of Ordinance ~85-2 Regarding Environmental Protection: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seoonded by Mayor Heitman to dispense with the <br />reading of Ordinance #85-2. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. <br /> <br />Motion by Gouncilm~nber COx and seconded by Councilmenber Sorteberg to adopt <br />Ordinance #85-2 ~nending Chapter 170.01 of the City Code to establish <br />environmental protection regulations. Further, that t~ge 22 of the ordinance <br />be amended to require a 4' bike lane rather than a 6' bike lane. (Please refer <br />to ordinance file for Ordinance ~85-2). <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Councilm~nber COx stated that the State mandates policies <br />regarding develounent along the river, to the objection of people living there. <br />Councilmember COx stated that the developer has to provide the bike trail <br />right-of-way and pave it; if asked to, the people wouldn't pay for it but they <br />sure want to use it. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hei~an, Councilm~nbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />and Reimann. Voting No: Councilm~mber Schlueter. <br /> <br />E. Adoption Of Ordinance ~85-7 Regardinq Fees Pertaining To Bowling Alleys: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cox and seconded by Mayor Heitman to dispense with the <br />reading of Ordinance $85-7. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~nbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember COx and seconded by Mayor Hei~nan to adopt Ordinance <br />~85-7 anending Chapter 130.01 of the City Code regarding bowling alley fees. <br />(Please refer to ordinance file for Ordinance #85-7). <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Counci~rs Sorteberg, COx, <br />Reimann and Schlueter. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Adoption Of Ordinance ~85-10 Rezoninq North Fork. Inc. Pr _operty From R-] <br />And RB-la to P.U.D.: <br /> <br />Motion by Counciln~mber Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Schlueter to <br />dispense with the reading of Ordinance ~85-10. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
