Gouncilm~mber (]ox stated that there was sc~e discussion carried on <br />prior to his arrival at the meeting that was not reoorded; Commissioner Looyen <br />disaissed herself from the meeting right after Gouncilm~mber Gox's arrival and <br />this is not indicated in the minutes. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich stated that there was a meeting of those present; it is stated <br />that no official action can be taken because there is less than a quorum <br />present; the minutes can exist. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman asked Councilme~ber Gox if he feels that the minutes oonvey the <br />flavor of the June 20 Park meeting. <br /> <br />Gouncilm~mber Oox replied that he does not; the minutes indicate three <br />Commission m~mbers present and discussions prior to his arrival were not <br />reoorded. <br /> <br />Mr. Goodrich noted that Council is not being asked to approve oommission <br /> July 29, 1985 <br /> <br />Page 10 of 22 <br /> <br /> <br />
