The property is <br />approximately 10 acres in size and Mr. Zimmer is proposing to <br />split it into two five acre single family residential lots. <br />~hese lots would have a width of approximately 165 feet each and <br />would require a variance from the required 200 foot minimum lot <br />width. Access to these lots would be frem Ramsey Boulevard. <br /> <br />following information is enclosed in (D2-d).- <br /> <br />a. Application <br />b. Site location <br />c. Proposed lot split <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your action will be to recommend <br />approval/disapproval of the metes and bounds subdivision.
