Mr. Knudson is proposing to <br />split approximately 15.36 acres into five single family <br />residential lots of at least 2.6 acres each. The proposed sketch <br />plan would require a variance from the rural residential density <br />requirements. <br /> <br />Enclosed in (D2-b) is the following information: <br /> <br />a. H0f~ OCCUPATION; <br /> CASE OF ~R. DONALD NESS <br /> <br />Mr. Ness is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a home <br />occupation fr~m his residence at 7735 156th Avenue N.W. Mr. Ness <br />is self e~ployed and has a hc~e improvement business. Along with <br />his request for a conditional use permit, Mr. Ness is requesting <br />a variance from the Board of Adjustment for an accessory <br />structure larger than allowed by City Code. This structure is to <br />be for the storage of Mr. Ness' materials, tools, and vehicles <br />for his business. <br /> <br />Enclosed is (D2-c) is the following informations <br /> <br />a.
