AL SORTEBERG <br /> <br />Mr. Sorteberg is requesting preliminary plat approval of <br />Sorteberg's 4th Addition. Mr. Sorteberg is proposing to plat 23 <br />2-1/2 acre single family residential lots to be developed in two <br />~hases. The site contains approximately 58 acres and was <br />originally platted as Outlots A and B of Sorteberg's 2nd and etd <br />Additions. The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed Mr. <br />Sorteberg's sketch plan of this plat May 7, 1985. <br /> <br />Enclosed in (D2-a) is the following information: <br /> <br />a. Minutes of May 7, 1985 Planning and Zoning Cx~misssion <br /> meeting <br />b. Public hearing notice <br />c. Properties notified <br />d. Site location <br />e. Proposed plat <br />f.
