(buncilm~nber <br />Schlueter stated that she has no Ixoblum with the City <br />Administrator granting seminar attendanoe approval, b~t <br />that attendanoe should be justified in a mumo to Council. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Heitman, Councilm~mbers <br />Sorteberg and Schlueter. Voting No: Councilmembers fbx <br />and Reimann. <br /> <br />Councilm~mber Cox referred to Mayor Heitman and Ms. <br />Haal~la's trip to New York to get a bond rating upgrade and <br />stated that he feels that trip qualified as an out-of-State <br />seminar and attendanoe should have been approved at a <br />Council meeting rather than by telephone. <br /> <br />Mayor Heitman stated that the trip was not a seminar and a <br />quorum did not disapprove attendance. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber Cox and seconded by Councilmumker Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the special Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
