stick temperature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% excess air. <br /> <br />WAS~ES~ <br />All wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that is not dangerous <br />to public health and safety and in accordance with the City's <br />sewer disposal system ordinance. <br />Wastes may not acculn~nulate on the site, except where fully <br />screened from adjacent p~operties. <br />Wastes discharges into a public sewer system shall not exceed <br />limits established by the M~tropolitan Waste Control (lm~ission. <br /> <br />Any lighting used to illu~inate an off-street parking area, sign, <br />or other structure, shall be arranged so as to deflect light away <br />fr~ adjoining residential districts or fr~m I~;hl ic streets. <br /> <br /> po ed co ete driveway hall proj b ond the <br />property line into a street right-of-way where curb, <br />gutter, and permanent surfacing is not in place. <br />Bituminous driveways adjacent to unsurfaced roadways <br />shall be terminated three feet from the edge of <br />travelled roadway. <br />Bituminous driveways on surfaced roadways may extend to <br />and adjoin the existing bituminous. <br />Where necessary, the lot (m~er shall install a culvert <br />of adequate size, as determined by the building <br />official. All culverts shall be a minimuB of fifteen <br />inches in diameter. <br /> <br />Where screening is required, it shall consist of plantings and <br />landscapiong, or a combination of plantings, landscaping and <br />fencing, as approved by the Planning Commission. All plantings <br />and fencing shall be placed a minimum of fifteen feet from the <br />street. [{cwever, in no event shall the plantings or fencing be <br />placed on the public right-of-way. The plantings may be placed <br />on the property line and the fencing may be constructed within <br />five feet of the p~operty line. <br /> <br />Ge applicant shall provide to the Planning Commission a detailed <br />schematic drawing the the screening proposal, which drawing shall <br />sh~ the appropriate dimensions, types and sizes of the proposed <br />fencing, landscaping, and plantings. <br /> <br />In those areas where screening is required, all open areas of any <br />site, lot, tract,, or parcel shall be graded to provide proper <br />drainage, and except for areas used for parking, drives or <br />Storage, shall be landscaped with trees, shrubs, or planted <br />ground cover. Such landscaping shall conform with the screening <br />and landscaping plan approved by the Planning Commission at the <br />time the building permit was issued. It shall be the owenr's <br />responsibility to see that this landscaping is maintained in an <br /> <br />K-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
