North Fork is requesting concept review of their proposed street extensions in the Northfork P.U.D. Mr. Mike Gait will be present at the meeting to re~iew these with you. Proposed street extensions I I I I I I I I Commission Action: No action is necessary at this time other than to direct any comments you may have on the proposed street extensions to Mr. Gair. CASE S4: DISCW3SSIGN RECKING DRAFT OF REOSDIFIfD ZONING Exhibit A contains a draft of the recodified zoning ordinance. ~his draft should contain all-the revisions made to date by the Planning (km~ission. Please remember that the next work session will be on ~ESDAX, SEPTEMBER 17, 1985 AT 7:30 P.#. The purpose of this session will be to try to complete the Commission review of the proposed ordinance. Once the Commission completes its review of the draft, the __Oanm_ ission will present it to the City Council and will have a joint work session with the Council to revie~ the ordinance.
