For residential lots within the Rural Area, the minimum lot area may include the right-of-way of any public street or thoroughfare. LOT OF RECORD: Any lot which individually, or as part of a subdivision, was a separate paroel of record on April 28, 1972. lot fronting on two parallel streets. B-6
