The uniform width measured at the property <br />ng the street and continuing to the buildin9 <br />setback line. In the case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac, <br />the lot width is the width measured at right an~les to the <br />depth at the building setback requirement; however, in no <br />case shall the width at the property line be less than 40 <br />feet in the Urban Area and 200 feet in the Rural Area. The <br />minim~ street frontage is the lot width requirement for the <br />district in which the psroel is located. <br /> <br />MANUFACTURED HOME.' A structure, transportable in one or <br />more sections, which in the traveling mode, is eight body <br />feet or more in width and forty body feet or more in length, <br />or, when erected on site, is three hundred twenty or more <br />square feet, and which is built on a permanent chassis and <br />designated to be used as a dwelling with or without a per- <br />manent foundation when connected to the required utilities, <br />and includes the plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and <br />electrical systems contained therein; except that the term <br />includes any structure which meets all the requirements and <br />with respect to which the manufacturer voluntarily files <br />a certification pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />327.31 through 327.36, as emended. <br /> <br />MINI~: All or any part of the process involved in the <br />extraction of sand, gravel, rock, soil or other material <br />from the ground by removing the overburden and extracting <br />directly from the material(s) thereby exposed. <br /> <br />~: Any vehicle or structure constructed in such <br />a manner as to permit occupancy thereof, as living quarters <br />and so designed that it is or may be mounted on wheels, and <br />used as conveyance on highways or streets, propelled or <br />drm~n by its own or other motor power. Any mobile home less <br />than thirty feet in overall length is defined as a "Recrea- <br />tional Vehicle." <br /> <br />MOBILE HOME PARK: Any premises which has facilities to <br />accommodate two or more occupied mobile h~mes. <br /> <br />~]~J~_]~Q~: A home which is similar to others in a <br />development and which is open to public inspection for the <br />purpose of selling said other h~mes. <br /> <br />MOTEL/~R HOTEL.- A building or group of detached, semi- <br />detached or attached buildings containing guest rooms or <br />units, each of which has a separate entrance directly from <br />the outside of the building or corridor, with garage or <br />parking space conveniently located to each unit, and which <br />is designed, used or intended to be used primarily for the <br />accommodation of transient guests traveling by automobile. <br /> <br />B-7 <br /> <br /> <br />
