PARKING SPACE: An area, enclosed in the main building, in <br />an accessory building, or unenclosed, sufficient in size to <br />store one (1) automobile, which has adequate access to a <br />public street or alley and permitting satisfactory ingress <br />and egress of an automobile. <br /> <br />PERHITI~D USE: A use which may. be lawfully established in <br />a particular district or distr~cts, provided it conforms <br />with all requirements, regulations, and performance <br />standards (if any) of such districts. <br /> <br />PERS(I~: An individual, firm, partnership, association, <br />corporation or organization of any kind. <br /> <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT: A tract of land which will <br />contain t~o (2) or more ~xincipal structures developed under <br />unLfied ownership or control, the development of which may <br />be unique and of a substantially different character than <br />that of the surrounding area. <br /> <br />PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE: Shall not include either an attached <br />or detached garage. <br /> <br />PRINCIPAL ~SE: The main use of land or buildings as <br />distinguished from subordinate or accessory uses. A <br />"principal use" may be either permitted or conditional. <br /> <br />PROCESS WASTE WATER: Any water generated by other than <br />domestic use. This definition shall apply only to <br />Sections (RB and RI) of this fhapter. <br /> <br />PUBLIC SEWER: Municipal sanitary sewerage facilities <br />connected to an interceptor sewer or sewage treatment <br />facility provided by the Metropolitan Sewer Board. <br /> <br />~: Uses owned or operated by municipal, school <br />districts, county, state or other goverr~ental units. <br /> <br />RECREATION, FIELD OR BUILDING: An area of land, water, or <br />any building in which amusement, recreation or athlet.ic <br />sports are provided for public or semi-public use, whether <br />t~mporary or permanent, except a theatre, whether provision <br />is made for the accc~tion of an assembly or not. A golf <br />course, arena, baseball park, stadium, circus or f~fmnasium <br />is a recreation field or building for the purpose of this <br />Ordinance. .. <br /> <br />~4~2RFATIC~%L VEHI(LE: See mobile home. <br /> <br />RESTAURANT ~CLASS I): Traditional restaurant where food <br />is served by a waiter or waitress to a customer and con- <br />sumed while seated at a counter or table.
