R-2U Residential: The intent of this district is to ac- <br /> ccmmx~te two family dwelling units. <br /> <br />R-3U Residential: The intent of this district is to ac- <br /> <br />cammx]ate multiple dwellings, multiple dwelling c0m- <br />plexes, and apartment multiple dwellings. <br /> <br />Multiple Residential: The intent of this district is <br />to acccmmx~te mid-density residential housing intended <br />to act as a periphery between lower residential districts <br />and the B-1 Business District. <br /> <br />B-1 Business District: The intent of this district is to <br /> accca~odate general commercial activities. <br /> <br />I-1 Industrial District: The intent of this district is to <br /> accam~date general industrial activity. <br /> <br />Rural Business District: The intent of this district <br />is to permit certain restricted business uses in areas <br />outside of the City's urban sewer service area. <br /> <br />RI <br /> <br />Rural Industrial District: The intent of this dis- <br />trict is to permit certain restricted industrial uses <br />in areas outside of the City's urban sewer service area. <br /> <br />PUD Planned Unit Development: The intent of this district <br /> is to allow for flexibility in density and usage. <br /> <br />A Agriculture: The intent of this district is to accom- <br /> modate agricultural uses and property in the City. <br /> <br />The boundaries of the zoning districts and development areas area <br />delineated on the Official Zoning Map which is hereby adopted by <br />reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. Such map <br />shall be on permanent file and available for public inspection in <br />City Hall. It shall be the responsibility of the zoning officer <br />to maintain and keep the map up to date and to record each <br />amendment thereto within 30 days after official publication of <br />the ordinance adopting the amendment. <br /> <br />D-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
