Change Ite~ ~4 in the agree~_nt to specify 'Special Use Permit'. <br /> <br />3. ;~d the foll(~ing item to the agreement: '5. ~ere will be no <br /> outside storage of materials and equil~ent.' <br /> <br />Motion by Om~issioner Deemer and seconded by Ommissioner Sh~ay to reo~m~nd <br />apprcwal of the request by Mr. Donald Ness for a special use permit to operate <br />a home occupation fr~m his residence at 7735 156th Avenue N.W. contingent upon <br />the applicant entering into a special use permit agreement, as amended, with <br />the City. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes.. Chairman Peterson, (Im~issioners ~-.mer, Shu~w~, <br />Z/amerman and Hendriksen. Voting No.- None. Absent: (km~nissioner LaDue. <br /> <br />Request For Variance Fr~m Platting Requ_ ire~ents For Metes ADd <br /> Bounds Subdivision: Case Of Mr. Robert Zi~m~r~ <br /> <br />G0mmission consensus is that they would be agreeable to granting' variances to <br />minim~ lot width as it would be consistent with other lots in the area and if <br />Mr. Ziam~.r can meet State building code requirements regarding garage floor <br />being 15" above street elevation. ~he G0~ssion stated that a survey would be <br />beneficial in determining the amount of fill ~cded in the new lot in order to <br />make it buildable and in that case, Mr. Zinm~.r might as well p~ooeed with a <br />convenience Blat rather than metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> <br />Case ~.- Regu_ est For Lot Split: Ca_se Of Mr. Dick Carso~l <br /> <br />Mr. Garson was present regarding the lot split of property located at Industry <br />Avenue and Magnesiu~ Street. <br /> August 12, 1985 <br /> <br />Pege 4 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
