The tree preservation plan shall include a tree inventory and <br />[ocation of the existing trees. Every attempt to avoid existing signifiaant trees must be <br />made. " <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />Density Transitioninz: City Ordinances require a transition between higher density <br />developments and lower density developments, This development may require some type <br />of transitioning along that portion of the development along 149m Ave NW, as well as at <br />the northwest edge of the development property. Acceptable forms of transitioning <br />include a landscape buffer or a reduction of density along the perimeter of the <br />development. This will be discussed in more detail at the preliminary plat stage. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from <br />other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursdayl August 5, 2004, at Ramsey <br />Fire Station, 15050 Armstrong Blvd., to review your sketch plan. A copy of the case cover sheet <br />is enclosed for your information. I suggest that you, or your representative,.be present at the <br />meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
