REC D JUL 20U 1937181 Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-05-134 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME CHIROPRACTIC BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15751 POTASSIUM STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #0674 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-05-133 adopting Findings of Fact #0674 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On May 25, 2004 a He;me Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Sarah Pickardt ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one person chiropractic business within the principal dwelling on the property generally known as 15751 Potassium Street and legally described as follows: Lot 1, Block 3, River Pines 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota ("Subject Property:") This pcrmit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one-person chiropractic business within the principal dwelling located on the Subject Property. Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation of the Permit without further hearing. The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total tloor area of the private dwelling. 4. Adcquate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder.
