REC D JUL 20U <br /> <br />1937181 <br /> <br />Councilmember Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-05-134 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A HOME OCCUPATION PERMIT <br />TO ESTABLISH AN IN HOME CHIROPRACTIC BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT 15751 POTASSIUM STREET NW BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br />#0674 AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-05-133 adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0674 for this use and herein approves the Home Occupation Permit. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />On May 25, 2004 a He;me Occupation Permit ("Permit") was issued by the City of Ramsey <br />("City") to Sarah Pickardt ("Permit Holder") for a home occupation to establish a one person <br />chiropractic business within the principal dwelling on the property generally known as 15751 <br />Potassium Street and legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 3, River Pines 4th Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property:") <br /> <br />This pcrmit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.05 and 9.11.04 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />That this resolution shall allow for the establishment and operation of a one-person <br />chiropractic business within the principal dwelling located on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Should the Permittee die or move to a new location, the Permit shall be automatically <br />terminated, except that in the case of death, should a surviving spouse or child, residing at <br />the same address, desire to continue the home occupation, written notice to that effect <br />shall be given to the City Administrator and the City Council may authorize continuation <br />of the Permit without further hearing. <br /> <br />The area devoted to the home occupation shall not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the <br />total tloor area of the private dwelling. <br /> <br />4. Adcquate off-street parking shall be provided by the Permit Holder. <br /> <br /> <br />
