5. There shall be no business signs visible from the exterior of the home. <br /> <br />6. There shall be no exterior indications of the home occupation displayed. <br /> <br />7. There shall be no exterior storage of business equipment and materials. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Enlployees of the home occupation shall be restricted to persons residing within the <br />private dwelling on the Subject Property. <br /> <br />Merchandise not considered accessory to the use shall not be displayed or offered for sale <br />within the residence. No merchandise shall be displayed or offered for sale outside the <br />residence. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for maintaining any applicable State or County <br />licenses. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The Permit Holder shall be responsible for all costs incurred in the administration and <br />enforcenlent of this Permit. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br />request. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Permitted home occupations shall not be conducted in any building on the premises other <br />than the building which is used by the occupant as the private dwelling; and, furthermore, <br />that not more than one room may be used for such purpose. <br /> <br />The motion l%r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Zimmerman, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Cook <br />Councilmember Zimmerman <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councihnember Kurak <br />Councilmember Pearson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />RESOLUTION/404-05-134 <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
