That the i~oposed use will not involve uses, activities, <br /> proceases, materials and equipment and conditions of <br /> operation that will be detrimental to any persons, pro- <br /> perty, or the general welfare by reason of excessive <br /> production of traffic, noise, ~,oke, ft~pes, glare or odors. <br /> h. That the proposed use will be consistent with the <br /> intent and purposes of this chapter. <br /> <br />REVOCATION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS <br /> <br />Where a conditional use permit has been issued pursuant to <br />provisions of this chapter, such permit shall become null and <br />void without further action by the Planning Commission or City <br />Oouncil unless oonstruction or the use oo~mences within one <br />year of the date of issuing such conditional use permit. <br />However, a conditional use permit shall expire if the use is <br />disoontinued for a continuous twelve (12) month period. In the <br />event that the applicant violates any of the conditions set forth <br />in the permit, the City Council shall have the authority to <br />revoke the conditional use permit following a public hearing <br />conducted by the City Council. <br /> <br />DURATION OF G0~DITIG~ USE I~TS <br /> <br />A conditional use permit shall remain in affect as long as the <br />conditions agreed upon are observed. <br /> <br />C-6 <br /> <br /> <br />
