Each efficiency unit shall have an attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that oontain not less than 240 square feet per unit. Each unit of three or more dwelling unit structures shall have an attached/detached garage with overall dimensions that oontain not less than 240 square feet per unit. ~he surfaoes of parking stalls, aisles, and access driveways shall be blacktop, concrete or other hard surface and pro- perly maintained for adequate and shall be kept free from dust, dirt and mud. Proper maintenance includes keeping the blacktop, concrete or other surface in good condition and free from chuck-holes and other types of surface cracks and breakage. ~e entire perimeter of the parking stalls, aisles and access driveways shall be curbed with six inch high curbing of poured concrete.
