STANDARDS <br /> <br />INTENT: These performance standards are designed to encourage a <br />high standard of development by providing assurance that <br />nei~borin§ land uses will be ~o~patible. All future develoi~ent <br />in all districts shall be required to meet these standards. <br />These standards shall also apply to existing development when <br />stated.
