stick t~perature of 500 degrees Fahrenheit and 50% excess air. <br /> <br />WASTES: <br />All wastes shall be disposed of in a manner that is not dangerous <br />to public health and safety and in accordance with the City's <br />sewer disposal syst~ ordinance. <br />Wastes may not acculmmulate on the site, except where fully <br />screened fro~ adjacent properties. <br />Wastes discharges into a public sewer system shall not exceed <br />limits established by the Metropolitan Waste Gontrol O~mmission. <br /> <br />Any lighting used to illuminate an off-street parking area, sign, <br />or other structure, shall be arranged so as to deflect light away <br />fr~ adjoining residential districts or frc~ public streets. <br /> <br />I~RIV~AYS <br /> a. <br /> <br /> No poured concrete driveway shall project beyond the <br /> property line into a street right-of-way where curb, <br /> gutter, and permanent surfacing is not in place. <br />b. Bit~inous driveways adjacent to ~surfaced roadways <br /> shall be terminated three feet from the edge of <br /> travelled roadway. <br />c. Bit~inous driveways on surfaced roadways may extend to <br /> and a~oin the existing bituminous. <br />d. Where n~cessary, the lot owner shall install a culvert <br /> of adequate size, as determined by the building <br /> official. Ail culverts shall be a minim~ of fifteen <br /> inches in di~eter. <br />e. Ail driveways shall maintain at least a 3 foot side <br /> yard fr~ adjacent property lines. <br />f. No residential driveway access shall be allowed onto <br /> designated collector or thoroughfare streets. <br /> <br />S~R~ING <br /> <br />Where screenin9 is required, it shall consist of plantings and <br />landscaping, or a combination of plantings, landscaping and <br />fencing, as approved by the Planning Commission. Ail plantings <br />and fencing shall be placed a minimum of fifteen feet from the <br />street. However, in no event shall the plantings or fencing be <br />placed on the public right-of-way. The plantings may be placed <br />on the property line and the fencing may be constructed within <br />five feet of the property line. <br /> <br />~he applicant shall provide to the Planning Commission a detailed <br />sch~atic drawing the the screening proposal, which drawing shall <br />show the appropriate dimensions, types and sizes of the proposed <br />fencing, landscaping, and plantings. <br /> <br />In those areas where screening is required, all open areas of any <br />site, lot, tract,, or parcel shall be graded to provide proper <br />drainage, and except for areas used for parking, drives or <br />storage, shall be landscaped with trees, shrubs, or planted <br /> <br />K-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
