C.$.A.H. ~5 in front of Lord of Life <br />Lutheran f~urch. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Beit~an <br />Council~ber AL Sorteberg <br />Comcilmember Arnie Gox <br />Council~m~ber Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Jean Schlueter <br /> <br />Also Present <br /> <br />City Administrator Lloyd Schnelle <br />City Assessor Lester Wirz <br />City Planner Anne Norris <br />City Attorney Williem Goodrich <br /> <br />Reporter Angela Flint <br /> <br />Mayor Hei~an called the public hearing to order at 7:42 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Douglas Fountain- 15255 Garnet Street- Mr. Fo~tain stated that ono~ the <br />property is vacated, 5ord of Life and an adjoining property will divide the <br />property. Request Council appr~we this vacation as it will result in the <br />f~urch being able to maintain a visible site from N~wthen Blvd. <br /> <br />Co~cilmember (]ox irguired if Mr. Fomtain is speaking on behalf of the Church. <br /> <br />Mr. Fountain replied that he was not designated by the Church to speak to this <br />matter; he is speaking as a private citizen and member of the Church. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilm~mber COx and seconded by Councilme~ber Sorteberg to adjourn <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Beitman, (buncilm~mbers Sorteberg, Cox, <br />Reimann and Schlueter.
