Add: Public Hearing - Vacation of old CSA~ 15 in front of Lord of <br /> Life Lutheran C~urch. <br /> <br />2. ~dd: Case #11 - Mr. Art Raudio regarding time oonsu~ing Oouncil <br /> meetings in Ramsey. <br /> <br />3. Case 14 will be handled as the first order of business. <br /> <br />4.
